Bow - tiful

These adorable custom bows were my original design and they are created in a sustainable way. The colour of the flower girl bows are usually matching the bridesmaids, keeping this in mind I decided to use the chiffon shawls that come with the bridesmaid's dresses to create the bows so that the colour match is exact. Using these shawls I simply covered the original bows that come with the flower girl dresses and used all the same attachments from these original bows as well. No sewing machine is needed when creating these bows as the chiffon shawls are already pin-hemmed themselves leaving no raw edges. I am incredibly proud of this idea as it makes the flower girls become more cohesive with the rest of the bridal party and can be made with no wasted fabric and everything used is already accessible.
